Access 2.3, 303 & Liberty Class Rules Updated

The Access 2.3, 303 and Liberty Class Rules have now been updated and approved by the IACA Annual General Meeting.  Along with a general tidy up and correction of some minor errors, the most significant change has been to include the measurement specifications within the rules.  The updated class rules apply from December 1, 2009.  See the links below or visit the Technical section of the website.
